I combine Energy Healing with massage to create a fusion ‘Energy Massage’.  The combination of massage and healing brings about deep relaxation on all levels, physical and emotional.  The healing helps the massage to work more effectively.

My massage is very versatile. If it is complete relaxation you would like or working into specific problem areas, look no further. My specialist areas are Remedial and Deep Tissue Massage. This can give pain relief, increase mobility and reduce tension. I also specialise in Trigger Point Therapy.

I have a lovely selection of essential oils to relax and soothe that can be included with any massage treatment.

Reflexology ~ Give Your Feet a Treat

Our feet carry us many miles throughout our life. They are our contact with the earth and contain thousands of nerve endings. Reflexology is a foot treatment that benefits the whole body. The body can be mapped out on the feet so pressing on these ‘reflexes’ benefits the corresponding area of the body.

Hot Stone Therapy Massage ~ Add some Luxury to your Life

I massage with hot stones to deeply warm and relax the body.  I offer a hot stone and deep tissue fusion “back melt” to work on back, neck and shoulders.
